Edward D. Boyack

born, Bountiful, UT, December 30, 1965; Admitted to Bar: 1994, Nevada.  Education: Southern Utah University (BA 1990); Southwestern University School of Law (J.D. 1994).  Co-Founder and Editor-in-Chief, Southwestern Journal of Law and Trade in the America’s 1993-94.  Moot Court Honors Program 1992-93.  Intermural Moot Court Competition –Alternate finalist best brief writing, alternate finalist orator 1992-93.  Who’s Who Amount American Law Students (Vol 59 1994).  Graduate of National Institute of Trial Advocacy College (1997).  Editor-in-Chief, Nevada Law Review 1998.  Court Appointed Arbitrator.  Member. American Bar Association; State Bar of Nevada.  Concentration:  General insurance defense and personal injury litigation.  Mr. Boyack has extensive experience practicing in Nevada homeowners’ association defense as well as working as general counsel with numerous homeowners associations, construction defect litigation, representing both subcontractors and general contractors including, but not limited to, roofing, stucco, window, framing/insulation and concrete.  Representative clients include major residential developer and major hotel general contractors in the Las Vegas area.  Extensive experience with construction related insurance issues, including seminar speaker and consultant to several insurance companies involved with underwriting matters.

Patrick A. Orme

Education: University of Utah, Salt Lake City, Utah (B.A. 1995); University of Tulsa Law School, Tulsa, Oklahoma (J.D. 1999).  Admitted to Bar: 2000 Oklahoma (inactive), US District Court Western District of Oklahoma (inactive); 2001 Nevada, US District Court District of Nevada.  Experience: Patrick has been practicing law in Las Vegas for the past  15  years  and  is  a  seasoned  litigator,  having handled many types of cases over the years.  For eight years he primarily handled insurance defense litigation, mainly defending automobile collisions, slip and fall incidents, and construction defect cases.  For the following six years, he primarily handled plaintiff personal injury and worker’s compensation cases.  Patrick brings to Boyack Orme & Anthony significant litigation experience from both the defense and plaintiff perspective.  His recent emphasis is HOA litigation and general counsel work. Volunteer work: Board member, Clark County Law Foundation, non-profit organization for law related service and education (2014 to present); Trial By Peers, non-profit youth court diversionary program (2008 to present).


Craig Murdy

Over the course of his practice Craig has represented individual and entity clients in litigated matters involving a wide variety of issues including breach of contract, construction defects (residential and commercial), construction delay, defamation, injunctions, personal injuries (catastrophic injuries and wrongful death), premise liability, negligent security.

Craig is experienced in all aspects of civil litigation.
